Leah specializes in the treatment of adolescents and young adults using DBT. Her clinical focus includes supporting clients in emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and the development of healthy coping behaviors.
Leah has worked as an associate clinician in the Aspire Program at El Camino Hospital and with Momentum for Mental Health, assisting individuals in building lives that feel meaningful and sustainable.
She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and completed post-graduate training at the University of Amsterdam’s Summer Institute on Sexuality, Culture, and Society. Leah has also completed Behavioral Tech’s Foundational DBT Training.
Outside of clinical practice, Leah is an accomplished pianist and former instructor at the San Jose Academy of Music.
